Marsden Group in Sydney seeks a Senior Associate (or Special Counsel) to join its busy disputes practice and take ownership of quality matters. You will run your own matters, work directly with clients and mentor junior team members.
You'll work closely with partners on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, corporate/transactional disputes, banking and finance litigation, IP disputes and competition and the Australian Consumer Act matters.
