We’re seeking aSenior Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities team, delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. This leadership role focuses on Logan’s Water Network, overseeing capital works across theTreatment, Network, and Sustainability portfolios .

You’ll lead projectsfrom cradle to grave , collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long‑term success.

This is amature, long‑term program of works with a strong focus onsustainability . You’ll be part of a high‑performing team driving civil construction initiatives including treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals, and flagship sustainable energy projects. What You’ll Do

- Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
- Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams,



and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
- Water industry experience is preferable
- Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven leadership in dynamic, service-oriented contracting environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
