nbn is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Change & Readiness to lead a national team and shape the change, readiness and communications strategy for a dispersed blue‑collar workforce. You will govern change intake, prioritisation and sequencing and provide senior leaders with readiness and risk insights.

You will build capabilities, set direction and drive delivery while ensuring communications are audience‑led, plain‑English and tailored to field teams across depots, shifts and remote locations.
