Norton Gold Fields Limited is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to provide geotechnical support across Paddington Operations. You will manage ground control, monitor pit stability, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements while collaborating with mining, geology and planning teams.

The role offers a 8:6 day shift, residential or FIFO from Perth, and a comprehensive perks package including site allowances, health insurance and long-term incentives.
