Mahlab seeks a versatile senior lawyer to join its Asia-Pacific legal team in Sydney. You will provide legal support across infrastructure, real assets and private credit strategies, leading due diligence, drafting core documents, and negotiating complex transactions.

The role requires 8–12 years PQE, admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand, and strong M&A; fundamentals to balance risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced workplace.
