As we continue to grow, we’re creating a new leadership role to make sure those standards are protected, strengthened and consistently delivered across every studio, every day.

About the Role

As Head of Risk & Compliance, you’ll bring both a technical and operational lens to compliance across our growing multi-site network. You’ll turn good standards into practical systems that work in the real world, including:

- Risk, compliance and governance frameworks
- Workplace safety, infection prevention and piercing best practice
- Compliance training and capability building
- Auditing, incident management and continuous improvement
- Loss prevention and operational controls

This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for someone who understands what safe, hygienic and compliant operations require, and who can build it so naturally into everyday behaviours, training and operations that it becomes invisible.

About You

You might be a nurse, piercer, beauty therapist or other clinical professional who has developed a strong interest in governance, standards, risk and operational excellence. Or you may come from risk, WHS, compliance, quality assurance or loss prevention, and be looking for an opportunity to apply your expertise in a business where safety and standards are central to what we do.

What matters most is your ability to understand risk, build practical systems and influence people to consistently do the right thing.

Based at our HQ support office on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll report directly to our GM Operations and work closely with leaders across the business.
