ALH Hotels, part of the Endeavour Group, is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to provide strategic direction and governance across our national 350+ pub kitchens. Based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you will lead a unified FSMS and build a robust food safety culture across high-volume sites.
You will translate FSANZ codes and state regulations into practical kitchen practices, implement a data-driven quality framework and drive continuous improvement through training and tech solutions.
