Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, Compliance and Evaluation ( GRACE)

We are partnering exclusively with a purpose-led organisation within the disability, aged care and human services sector to appoint an experienced Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, & Evaluation (GRACE) .

The opportunity

This role will lead the organisation’s approach to:

- Governance and organisational integrity
- Enterprise risk management
- Internal audit and assurance
- Regulatory compliance across aged care and disability services
- Incident, complaints and serious incident response
- Policy, systems, and continuous improvement
- Building a strong risk, safety and compliance culture

You’ll play a critical role in bringing together two complex regulatory environments and creating a coherent, practical governance, risk and compliance framework that supports both operational excellence and quality outcomes.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a senior leader who brings:

- Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance
- Strong knowledge of the aged care and/or NDIS regulatory environment , or another highly regulated human services workplace




- Experience designing and embedding enterprise risk and assurance frameworksThe ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
- Strong Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- The confidence to challenge, influence and provide trusted advice at an executive level
- Formal qualifications in law, business, risk, audit, health, social care or a related discipline are desirable, with governance, risk or audit credentials highly regarded.
