Commercial Property Lawyer — Associate (4+ years PQE)

The firm covers property, commercial, family and estates work for local business owners and private clients, and has built its reputation on direct, practical advice rather than a corporate front.

Commercial, industrial and retail sales and acquisitions
Retail and commercial leasing, including negotiation, drafting and renewals
Business sales and purchases, structuring and related agreements
Development and off-the-plan matters, plus complex residential conveyancing
Due diligence, contract review and settlement management

About you:
4+ years' post-admission experience in commercial property, with leasing and transactional depth
Admitted to practice in Queensland (or eligible for admission) with a current practising certificate
Comfortable holding your own files and dealing directly with clients, agents and other side
Practical and commercial in your advice, and steady when settlements get tight
Interest in helping build out the property offering across the firm's offices
What's on offer:
Work from whichever of the five offices suits you — Toowong, Albany Creek, Noosa, Gold Coast or Russell Island
Genuine flexibility on hours and hybrid arrangements
Associate title with a explicit path to Senior Associate
A small, close team where your work is visible and your input counts
Salary negotiable based on experience
