Easygo is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Sydney to lead the Compliance team's technical execution and elevate engineering maturity across the squad. You will own end-to-end delivery, decompose complex systems, and set architectural direction while mentoring engineers.

You will drive design decisions for scalable, high-volume products, collaborate with EMs and Tribe leaders, and uphold up-to-date engineering practices across a cloud-native stack including Kubernetes and server-side rendering
