The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) in NSW is seeking a Director Industrial Relations and Policy to lead industrial relations strategy, policy development and employee relations across DCJ and Corrective Services NSW.

This executive role provides strategic leadership, oversees industrial instruments, enterprise bargaining, union consultation and workforce reform, and partners with unions, central agencies and senior stakeholders to shape outcomes and enable effective service delivery.
