Campbelltown Catholic Club is the premier club in the Macarthur region. Our multi award winning club has a diverse business portfolio delivering services in gaming, food and beverage, fitness and leisure, hotel accommodation, golf, conferencing and entertainment. We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Relief Bar Supervisor.
In this role, you’ll step up to lead the team in the absence of our regular supervisors—while still being hands‑on in all aspects of bar operations. This role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure, lead by example, and connect naturally with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time.
In this role you will:
- Oversee daily bar operations when rostered as supervisor
- Provide support and direction to the team during peak periods
- Ensure our service standards are met and exceeded
- Step in as a hands‑on team member when not rostered in the relief supervisor role
- Create meaningful interactions with members and guests to deliver exceptional experiences
What we’re looking for:
- Strong bar experience in a fast-paced workplace
- A natural leader who leads by example and motivates the team
- A bubbly, confident personality with a love for people and service
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and nights
- Current RSA and RCG certificate
