Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel's overall performance across accommodation, meetings and events, weddings, restaurants and bars.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, develop the Sales & Marketing team, and build partnerships with corporate, tourism and local communities to strengthen brand and market share.
