Harmony Australasia is seeking a Human Resources Manager for CSA Mine, based onsite in Cobar, NSW. You will lead the HR function, align workforce planning with operations, and manage industrial relations, compliance with Australian employment legislation, and workforce development.

With a workforce of 500+ contractors and a mix of residential, DIDO and FIFO arrangements, you will drive engagement, retention, and effective HR services at the mine site.
