Job Description
IKEA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to optimise sales and lead a store team.
You will use your knowledge of the IKEA range, local market and customer needs to create a convenient and successful shopping experience while contributing to long‐term store profitability.
You will coach co-workers, supervise daily operations, resolve issues promptly and promote complete home furnishing solutions, maintaining merchandising standards and operational excellence.
