Job Description
BPA Early Learning is seeking an experienced Assistant Coordinator (2IC) and Educational Leader for the Alexandra Avenue Children's Centre at Sunshine.
The role focuses on leading curriculum development, guiding educators and strengthening teaching practices within a supportive team.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager, champion continuous improvement and ensure alignment with VEYLDF, NQF and safety standards.
Full time ongoing leadership chance.
