Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland organisation to recruit a Senior Project Manager to support a significant Cyber Uplift Program.

This role will suit an experienced Senior Project Manager with a solid background delivering complex cyber security initiatives within large enterprise environments. A key focus over the coming years will be Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management, alongside a broader portfolio of cyber security initiatives.

In this role you will:

- Lead complex cyber security projects from initiation through to delivery
- Manage IAM and PAM related initiatives as part of the broader Cyber Uplift Program
- Develop project initiation documentation and business cases through approval
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Coordinate internal technical teams, cyber specialists, vendors and delivery partners
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, security and the broader business




- Deliver using a combination of Agile and traditional project delivery approaches

About you

- Senior Project Management experience within large organisations
- Demonstrated Identity project delivery experience, ideally across IAM and PAM
- Experience taking projects through initiation, business case development and approval
- Strong vendor and third party delivery management experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience within energy, utilities, critical infrastructure or a Government Owned Corporation would be highly regarded
- Formal Project Management qualifications would be advantageous
