AXR Recruitment & Search is seeking a Senior FP&A; Manager to join the finance leadership team in Sydney. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of five and partners with senior stakeholders to shape financial strategy, drive commercial decision-making and strengthen planning, forecasting and reporting.
You will own end-to-end P&L; and build business cases for leases and current revenue streams, while running scenario analyses and leading a high-impact finance function.
