As Board Chairperson, you’ll provide leadership and strategic direction to The Tahbilk Group’s Board of Directors, fostering best-practice governance and robust relationships with senior leadership, family members and external stakeholders. You’ll chair meetings, track delivery of strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. This role calls for experience in board leadership and governance (including identifying opportunities to improve governance practices, strengthen oversight and enhance Board effectiveness),



familiarity with financial oversight and the ability to mediate and build consensus across diverse perspectives.
