Every conversation has a purpose, and every person on the other end of the phone matters. Based in Osborne Park we’re offering a role that fits your lifestyle, with 30-38 hours a week negotiable, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

- Make and receive calls with supporters, donors and members of the community.
- Acquire new Regular Giving donors and re-engage previous supporters.
- Build genuine relationships through meaningful conversations and create positive supporter experiences.
- Listen carefully, understand donor needs and motivations, and communicate with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle objections, questions and enquiries confidently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Work towards individual and team performance, quality and compliance KPIs.
- Accurately record donor information and maintain CRM records.
- Represent some of Australia's leading charities and purpose-driven organisations with professionalism, empathy and integrity.
- Continue developing your communication,



customer service and relationship-building skills.

Previous contact centre experience is preferred, and experience in the fundraising sector is highly regarded. We also welcome applicants with backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, banking, insurance or other customer-facing roles.
