Alcoa’s Willowdale Mine in WA seeks an experienced Mine Geologist to lead mine geology and grade control activities, modelling bauxite to optimise recovery and ore quality. You will guide geological modelling, ore design and short-term execution, ensuring timely and informed mining decisions.

The role requires ownership of work, clear technical reporting, and robust collaboration with production, supervisors and contractors. Leadership experience and a safety-focused mindset are essential.
