Job Description
Holiday Inn Victoria seeks an energetic F&B; Supervisor to lead restaurant, bar, events and room service during daily service periods.
You will support the wider F&B; team with guest greeting, seating, serving and ensuring smooth operations.
You will manage shift rosters, monitor labor costs with Finance, uphold Brand Standards, analyse guest feedback and drive up-selling prospects while delivering true hospitality.
