Ampol is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support leaders with ER case management and advice.
This 15-month max-term contract is based in Alexandria, NSW with hybrid working arrangements and exposure to a diverse ER portfolio.
You will interpret policies and legislation, manage investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, and coach leaders through ER processes while strengthening governance and risk management across the organisation.
