Aldea Healthcare Consulting invites a Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary case conference model focused on Type 2 diabetes care in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. This casual/contract role starts at 4 hours per week with potential to increase, including remote attendance for case conferences.

You will provide podiatry input and recommendations, review care plans, liaise with other health professionals, and service referrals as needed within the South Eastern Melbourne region.
