Propel Recruitment seeks an exceptional finance leader to step into a newly created CFO role with a clear runway to CEO within 2-3 years. You’ll own the operational backbone spanning finance, HR, risk, marketing, and potentially IT as the function is brought in-house.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, lead 8+ staff and sit at the table for major strategic and governance decisions the firm makes. Adaptable / hybrid working is available.
