Optus is seeking a Director, Risk Governance & CSRO Secretariat to own end-to-end governance, reporting and secretariat relationships between the Office of the CSRO, the Board and its subcommittees, primarily the Risk and Audit Committees. You will translate complex risk, culture and control issues into explicit, actionable Board materials, partnering with senior governance stakeholders to drive improvements.
