Whatyou’lldo:

Partner with Offering Owners to translate specialistexpertiseinto client-centred,repeatableand scalable offerings thatleveragetechnology andscaleddelivery models.

Define the client problem, target audience, addressableopportunityand PwC’s right to win through client research, market testing, competitoranalysisand collaboration with subject-matter experts.

Work with Offering Owners to define product roadmaps, onboarding, deliverymodelsand customer experiences.

Use market feedback and rapid pilot testing to refine, scale, reposition or de-prioritiseofferings.





Build evidence-based business cases that quantify growth potential, commercial models, investmentrequirementsand measurable success criteria.

Prepare propositions for leadership approval and transition approved offerings to business teams, industry drivers and marketing for campaign development and activation.

Build a disciplined, repeatable proposition-development approach that improves speed to market and investment decisions.

Whatwe’relooking for:

Core skills

Demonstrated experience taking new B2B products,servicesor propositions from concept through validation and commercial readiness.

Strong commercial judgement and the ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, early-stage offerings.

A practical execution focus, with a willingness to move between strategic thinking and detailed delivery.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional work.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial,marketand client information.

Experience in professional services, technology, managed services or another complex B2B environment.

Experience spanning more thanone ofproduct development, proposition development, commercial strategy, innovation, newventuresor service design.
