Associate Vice President, Future Students

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Future Students to lead its strategic student recruitment and admissions functions. This executive role is pivotal in driving the institution's growth, student experience, and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the changing higher education landscape, where student expectations, competition, and technological advancements are reshaping the industry.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the student recruitment and admissions strategy, driving both domestic and international recruitment performance, and providing strategic advice to support decision-making and strengthen the institution's competitive position. The role also involves leading a high-performing, service-oriented team, maintaining strong partnerships, and influencing policy development in response to the evolving higher education and regulatory setting.
