Senior ServiceNow Developer – Federal Sector

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of a complex ServiceNow environment. This is an prospect to lead technical initiatives, drive platform innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide development, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, compliance, and effective incident and request management.
- Manage platform upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements across multiple environments, following established SDLC and change management processes.
- Design, configure, test, and support ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities to meet business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions,



and deliver projects and enhancements successfully.
- Provide technical leadership, user support, and mentoring to development resources, ensuring effective resource allocation, governance, and delivery of platform initiatives.

Required Skills

- 5-10 Years’ experience as ServiceNow Developer
- ServiceNow Administration Background
- ServiceNow Certifications is preferred
- Federal, Government or Health/Insurance related industry experience is a plus
- Baseline Security Clearance or higher is a plus
