We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead the overall performance of the dealership and drive continued growth across all areas of the business.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of the dealership.

You will provide strategic direction across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance operations, while leading a high-performing team, maintaining manufacturer relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the overall operations and performance of the dealership.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop Department Managers and their teams.
- Monitor and improve dealership financial performance.




- Foster a strong customer-focused culture across all departments.
- Maintain manufacturer relationships and dealership standards.
- Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
- Promote the dealership within the local community and market.
