This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for an experienced capital raiser to take ownership of private wealth distribution and play a defining role in shaping the investor strategy of an established and growing real estate private credit platform.

What You'll Be Doing

- Take ownership of capital raising across the private wealth channel — private banks, wealth advisers, family offices and high-net-worth investors
- Drive fundraising across senior, mezzanine and structured development finance strategies
- Build and execute domestic and selected offshore distribution strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with private banks, wealth management firms and investment advisory groups
- Lead investor roadshows,



presentations and direct meetings with both prospective and existing capital partners
- Work closely with the Origination team to translate pipeline activity and portfolio performance into compelling investor narratives
- Oversee all investor-facing materials including presentations, fund updates and due diligence documentation
- Provide market intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive dynamics and capital flows to inform product development and broader strategy

What We're Looking For

- Significant experience in private capital raising with a strong emphasis on private wealth distribution
- An established and active network across private banks, wealth advisers, family offices and high-net-worth investors
- Demonstrated track record raising capital for alternative investments — ideally within private credit or real estate strategies
- Deep understanding of Australian real estate debt markets and private capital structures
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to distil complex investment strategies into clear, compelling investor propositions
- Exceptional communication, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, seniority and accountability
