Austin Health in Melbourne's Heidelberg campus is seeking a Divisional Manager for AOAMHS to lead operational delivery, governance, and financial performance across Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Services.

You will drive strategic planning, oversee quality and risk, and lead organisational change while mentoring teams and engaging with communities. This is a full‑time fixed‑term role ending 16 July 2027, located in office with access to public transport.
