Job Description
The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Case Manager for the Housing Support Program in Darwin.
You will provide outreach case management, develop team-oriented case plans, and help participants access community supports and services.
The role requires solid risk assessment, intake, and documentation within a trauma‐informed, inclusive framework.
You will work within the Homelessness team, reporting to the Supported Housing Senior Team Leader, and operate under SCHADS Level 4 pay.
