Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania seeks a BESS Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end projects from pre-sales to execution in Australia. You will design, size, and integrate EMS & PPC, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure grid connection compliance.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work and travel up to 20%, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to standard designs while delivering technically robust, commercially competitive BESS offerings.
