Whatyou’lldo
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of communications activity, reactive corporate communications and issues management (where required), with a focus on our People & Culture portfolio and Enabling Functions.
- Work with Corporate Affairs leaders to develop strategies and implement campaigns that are delivered on time, to budget and achieve impactful and measurable results.
- Use your excellent communication and stakeholder skills and experience influencing senior leaders to drive alignment across diverse teams and act as a trusted advisor on issues to internal stakeholders including Management Leadership Team and the Governance Board.
- Lead the development and implementation of measures that assess the impact of communications output and gather feedback for future improvement, and review corporate communication material produced by your team.
- Leverage your existing leadership experience having led or coached high-performing teams in corporate communications.
