SITE MANAGER – 23 Townhouse Development | $150K + Super + Car

Design & Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client, a well-established residential builder, to secure an experienced Site Manager for a 23-townhouse development in Caboolture.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the project from civil works through to completion , working closely with trades, subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

THE ROLE

- Manage the 23-townhouse project from civils through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Manage project programming, sequencing and daily site operations.
- Monitor quality, safety, costs and construction progress.
- Coordinate inspections, consultants, engineers and relevant authorities.
- Manage defects and ensure a high-quality handover.
- Utilise Procore for project management, documentation and communication.




- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure project milestones are achieved.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor across residential construction.
- Experience delivering townhouse or multi-residential projects is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of construction from civil works through to completion.
- Current QBCC licence is essential.
- Proficient in Procore.
- Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently manage the day-to-day running of a large residential site.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, programme and delivery.
