Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on helping the disability community is seeking Data Architect to join their team in November.

Duties:

- Provide technical leadership to the project delivery teams through design reviews, advising on implementation best practices, defining and refining release process and technical workshops.
- Review and refine the data delivery framework to enhance integration of new sources, performance of existing data delivery and rapid development of new subject areas.
- Set peer review and data modelling release standards.
- Own the technical implementation of new data from analysis to delivery.
- Provide guidance on Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models and strong experience in Data model tools like Erwin.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong Data Architecture skills including Enterprise scale conformed models and ability to design for analytical use.
- Demonstrated high level of competency in Data Architecture within an AWS cloud data environment,



encompassing S3 and contemporary cloud warehouse products.
- Solid experience in technical leadership for delivery of cloud Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms, including ETL and data governance design and implementation.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with contemporary analytics coding languages (e.g. Python, R).
- Demonstrated knowledge of metadata/model driven frameworks.
