- Experience coordinating penetration testing and vulnerability remediation activities

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Principal Cyber Analyst

- Security assurance & authorisation activities, including development, review and maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Process (ATP) artefacts, security assessments, risk treatment activities and assurance evidence required to support risk-based authorisation decisions;
- Cloud security governance across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including security architecture reviews, cloud risk assessments, governance oversight, security advisory services and assessment of cloud-hosted solutions against departmental security requirements;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance, risk and assurance activities, including assessment of cyber security, privacy,



compliance and operational risks associated with AI-enabled technologies and supporting the secure adoption and governance of emerging technologies.

Skills and Experience Required

- Experience delivering Cyber Governance, Risk and Assurance (GRA) activities within large and complex ICT environments;
- Demonstrated experience conducting cyber security risk assessments, security assurance reviews, compliance assessments & control validation activities & providing risk-based advice to technical & business stakeholders;
- Experience supporting Authorisation to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Proceed (ATP) activities;
- Experience applying and interpreting the ISM), PSPF) and Essential Eight;
- Experience supporting or preparing for Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessments;
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or similar Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
