About the Role

The Head of Senior School (Bunbury) provides educational, operational and pastoral leadership for the Bunbury Hub, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and positive outcomes for students.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement.
- Coach and develop teaching staff to improve instructional practice.
- Lead student wellbeing, engagement, attendance and achievement.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry, sporting and community stakeholders.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Bunbury Hub.
- Support pathways,



career development and meaningful opportunities for students.
- Coordinate major student experiences, including camps, Country Week and other key programs.
- Support the delivery of university-readiness initiatives and post-school pathway programs.Work closely with families, community organisations and industry partners to strengthen student outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning, compliance requirements and continuous school improvement.

About You

- Current TRBWA registration.
- Current Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated educational leadership experience.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to student-centred education and wellbeing.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
