Talenza is seeking a Senior Change Manager - Operating Model to lead the people side of a major technology transformation. You will report to the Chief Information & Digital Officer and are responsible for change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies tied to the operating model and future-state design.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, manage business impacts, and support successful implementation while navigating a complex organisational setting.
