A family dental practice in Pakenham is looking for an experienced Dentist to join their team. This role suits a clinician who values variety, wants to work within a small, established team, and is comfortable taking on a genuinely developing patient base rather than an already busy one.

Practice Setup

The practice has expanded from a single chair to a three chair setup, with two chairs currently operating and the third being brought online as the team grows. Days are flexible and can be structured around the right candidate, including some Saturdays.

Location

Pakenham is part of Melbourne's outer south-east growth corridor within the Cardinia Shire, close to Officer and Berwick. The practice sits on Princes Highway, a busy local retail and commercial strip, with valuable road and rail access back into Melbourne. The area has a strong, growing family population and offers a genuine community feel, making it a practical base for a dentist working locally.

About You

You hold current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights, with at least two years of general dentistry experience.



You are comfortable providing comprehensive care independently and take a patient-focused approach to your clinical work. You communicate clearly, work reliably and are comfortable operating within a smaller, close-knit practice environment. Left handed clinicians are accommodated without issue.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide general dental care across a varied patient caseload

- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
