Our client in the education space is looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering operating model transformation from end to end. The operating model design is complete. You'll take ownership of implementation, coordinating changes across people, processes and ways of working, through to a successful transition into BAU.
Key responsibilities
- Turn the agreed design into a transparent delivery plan.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and governance across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with senior leaders, business SMEs, Change and Communications teams.
- Drive operational readiness and embed the changes across the organisation.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of an operating model implementation, from agreed design through to BAU.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approach to delivery.
