TROY Laboratories is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability Manager to lead the HSES function across Glendenning site, with responsibility for safety systems, compliance and sustainability initiatives.

You will engage with leaders at all levels, drive continuous improvement, and build a practical safety culture in a regulated setting. The role reports to the Operations Director and covers on-site and remote/work aspects of operations.
