Neami National is seeking a Part time Registered Nurse for the Northern Melbourne Psychosocial Support Service.
The role focuses on community-based, person-centred care for individuals with complex mental and physical health needs, delivering assessments, care planning and clinical interventions.
You will work autonomously in the community, coordinating with peers and a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and participation in care, while contributing to quality and safety improvements.
