We're building Primed, an AI platform that is evolving recruitment.

For every search, candidates meet an AI version of the actual hiring leader. They ask it what they really want to know, comp, targets, what's broken, and arrive at the first interview already convinced.

The platform build is underway with a development agency. What we don't have is a senior technical brain in our corner. That's this role.

What you'll actually do

One, keep the build honest. Review what the agency ships, the architecture, the decisions, the quality. Make sure we're not paying for shortcuts we'll find in a year.

Two, advise on the problem at the heart of the product: how do we make an AI version of a real hiring leader feel genuinely real? Personality, tone, memory, conversation that doesn't feel like a bot. If that question excites you, you're who this is for.

You'll work directly with the founder.

You're probably





- Someone who has shipped conversational or persona AI that real users have actually talked to
- Senior enough to review someone else's code and architecture with confidence
- Fluent across the contemporary AI stack, LLM APIs, agents, prompts, guardrails, evals
- Doing fractional, advisory or consulting work, or between things
- Curious about long-term involvement, without needing promises upfront

How this starts

- Paid, hourly or a small retainer, kept simple
- Around an hour to a few hours a week dependant, async-friendly
- If we work well together and the company grows, this becomes fractional or fulltime CTO, meaningful equity, and leading the technical direction
