Dementia Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic and operational people initiatives from a base in Melbourne or Brisbane.
You will advise leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, remuneration analysis and budget planning, while guiding employee relations and performance management.
You will coach leaders, drive culture improvements, and manage complex case work with support from the General Manager People and Culture Operations.
