Queensland Ambulance Service is seeking a Manager Regional ICT to oversee ICT infrastructure across geographically dispersed locations, reporting to the Director, ICT Programs and Service Management. The role leads eight Regional Support Officers along with Technical Support and ICT Help Desk teams, ensuring timely incident response and delivery of services that meet KPIs and SLAs.

Applicants with a degree in IT and ITIL certifications will be highly regarded; solid leadership and communication
