Alcoa is seeking an experienced Mine Geologist to join the Willowdale Mine team in Western Australia, reporting to the Short Term Planning Superintendent. The role covers geological modelling, ore design and grade control, with a Monday to Friday roster and leadership responsibilities for junior geologists and grade controllers.

You will plan drilling, maintain grade control models, and collaborate with production teams to optimise ore recovery while ensuring protected, high-quality operations.
