Mahlab Recruitment is recruiting an in-house Legal Counsel in Melbourne for a property development leader. You will work with the General Counsel and Development Director to provide legal advice on leasing, commercial matter and risk management across a diverse portfolio.
You will handle agreements for lease, leases and related documentation, support development contracts, and ensure ACL compliance while coordinating with tenants, external solicitors and internal teams.
