- Provide first-line functional support for business-critical operational systems .
- Triage, investigate and progress incidents, service requests and system issues .
- Resolve assigned issues within established procedures and service levels .
- Follow established runbooks, troubleshooting procedures and escalation pathways .
- Capture accurate incident records, troubleshooting steps, evidence and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical or application support teams.
- Communicate effectively with business users throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Assist with identifying recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain support documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with operational, application and technology teams to maintain reliable system services.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Experience as a System Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Systems Support Analyst or similar.
- Strong experience providing functional application or systems support .
- Experience with incident management, service requests, troubleshooting and issue resolution .
- Ability to follow established runbooks while using analytical thinking to investigate issues.
- Exposure to ITSM processes and service management/ticketing platforms .
- Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within airline, aviation, transport, logistics or another operationally critical environment will be highly regarded.
